26 DX Corinthia Prize Draw Terms and Conditions - 2024

The prize draw is open to all attendees of Opticon London, except anyone closely connected with the prize draw or any 26 DX employees or relatives. Entrants must be 18 or over. By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.

There will be one (1) winner.

The winning prize is 1 x gift card for an overnight stay experience in a deluxe room at Corinthia London.

Any applicable terms and conditions for the Corinthia gift card will apply including the expiry date specified.

To enter, 26 DX must scan your attendee badge and opt you into the competition.

There is no other method of entry. No payment, purchase or investment is necessary to be eligible to enter the prize draw.

Entries open on Monday 30^th Sept 2024 and close at midnight on Tuesday 1^st Oct 2024.

Only one entry per attendee will be allowed.

Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the prize draw. 26 DX will not be responsible for any entries that are not received by it for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.

Unclear entries will not be eligible for the prize draw and acceptance of an entry is subject to 26 DX’s reasonable discretion.

Within ten working days after the closing date the winner of this prize draw will be drawn at random by 26 DX from all valid entries received. The winner will be randomly selected using a number generator and this will be completely independent and unbiased. 26 DX’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be contacted by email. If, after reasonable attempt, the winner does not respond to claim their prize within 5 working days (being Monday – Friday) of our first contact, or the winner refuses the prize for any reason, 26 DX reserves the right to offer the prize to the next randomly selected attendee that validly entered the prize draw and that meets the requirements of these terms.

The prize will be sent out by no later than Thursday 31st Oct 2024. The gift cards will be sent as electronic gift cards to the email address used to enter the prize draw. 

The prize must be accepted as offered; there is no cash alternative or replacement. The prize is not transferable.

We may cancel prize draw, if deemed necessary in our opinion, or if circumstances arise outside our control.  We may also amend these terms and conditions at any stage and in any way.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the English courts have jurisdiction.
